The Hampton Roads Planning District Commission (HRPDC) is developing Hampton Roads Horizon, a strategic plan for the region. Hampton Roads Horizon will be a blueprint to improve quality of life and strengthen the region’s competitiveness.
Your input will help identify the priorities and actions that matter most to residents, businesses, and communities across Hampton Roads.
Each participant in the survey has an imaginary $1,000 (ten $100 bills) to invest in strategies aimed at improving quality of life and enhancing regional competitiveness — allocate your $1,000 across the 19 strategies listed below based on your views of which strategies are most needed and most likely to provide benefit to the region.

The Hampton Roads Planning District Commission (HRPDC) is developing a Strategic Plan for the Hampton Roads Region.
